Waleed Mohamed Taher EL-Seidy was born on October 1972 In damietta Governorate, Earned a bachelor of commerce and business adminstration from Helwan university in 1995.

In 2008, He established Royal Trader SHipping Agency, During the tenure, He served as the captain of shipping agencies operating in damietta port.

In March 2020, He He was elected as a member of damietta shipping chamber, Holding the position until 2025. Notably,He has been awarded an honorary doctorate in the filed of shipping agencies from Smart Internation College.
